kokorec is the small and large intestines of lamb, layered on a spit and slowly roasted. Kokorec is pulled off the spit, chopped and grilled with tomatoes and red peppers, and dusted liberally with dried oregano.

we love kokorec :)

    Sen kokoreci seviyorsun da hiç kokorecin duygularını düşündün mü? O seni seviyor mu bakalım… Hapur hupur yemesini biliyorsun.. Peki bigün olsun “kokorecim, canım benim, nasılsın, bi ihtiyacın var mı” dedin mi? Demedin… Böyle aşk mı olur… Bak 14 Şubat da geliyor affettir kendini kokorece….
