Sogukcesme street is in between the old city walls that divide Sultanahmet Place from Hagia Sophia
The history of Soğukçeşme Street stretches back to the 8th century. It eventually received its name from a fountain that was built in 17th century.
There are several pensions, shops and restaurants























There are a library about İstanbul and a cistern(now using as a restaurant) in thhis street
